What it is
Hazardous duty incentive pay for members on jump status who meet jump requirements. Standard parachute duty and military free fall (HALO) pay different rates. You must remain qualified and current.
2026 rate
$150 per month standard, $225 per month for HALO status.
What goes wrong
Falling out of currency stops the pay, and slow paperwork after requalification delays the restart. If you are on jump status and the line vanished, check your currency records first, then finance.
